This has to be the best sushi place in New York. My friend put me onto the spot a few years ago and I have not stopped coming ever since. I take all my dates here all my friends here I put everyone on. It's a family owned business. There's always this nice, mother and daughter in the establishment is just a very welcoming and well put clean establishment. Don't get me started on their sushi. Absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.10/10

I've had sushi from U-Me multiple times through Uber Eats but I ate in recently for the first time and it was beyond worth it. Everything tasted amazing - fresh and flavorful. Our waitress was so sweet, patient and friendly. I love the set up of the place. Perfect lighting and just the right vibe. Definitely a go to for me.

This spot is heaven in the middle of an area that is lacking in food options. Their rolls are amazing, the fish is fresh and the staff is so kind. If you're not in the mood for sushi, their hot food options are not to be slept on. My favorites are the spicy tuna roll, eel and avocado, mackerel and their crispy yet juicy chicken katsu (think fresh breaded and fried chicken cutlet/schnitzel). I stop here at least once a week for my sushi fix.

Got two of their lunch specials a week or so ago to go. I got the teriyaki beef and the sashimi. Both were pretty good all things considered (the neighborhood isn't particularly known for it's Asian cuisine like Flushing would be). It was freshly made and prepared fairly quickly. The space itself was fairly small but would be suitable for like a lunch meeting. Overall, it's a nice little mom and pop establishment. If I were in the area and craving some sushi, I would go back here.

My wife and I were visiting from Virginia and we looked for a sushi restaurant in Brooklyn. We found U-Me Sushi via Google. My wife loved the Udon soup and I enjoyed the teriyaki chicken's texture and sauce. The staff made us feel comfortable and valued.

My go to spot whenever I'm on this side of Queens and they always successfully satisfy my sushi craving. I usually order delivery and don't have a problem. However, I did indoor dining for the first time I believe the servers name was viví but she was absolutely a pleasure. The decor is nothing to rave about and they are certainly busy delivery wise but a great spot to check out. We even were surprised with ice cream at the end since we devoured our lunch haha. Which worked out since we had a bday at the table. Totally check them out if you're reading this

U-Me never fails me. I've tried so many sushi restaurants over the years and this place has been my constant through and through. It's always clean and neat even though the store is small. My friends and I went this morning right when they were opening. The service was still incredibly fast even though they had just opened. We got the 3 rolls lunch special as well as a katsu box. For appetizers we had rock shrimp and shrimp shumai which was so so good. I'll definitely be ordering the rock shrimp again. It was very nice of them to replace the miso soup with clear soup for the lunch. They gave us complimentary ice cream at the end which was so sweet. This place is a must try!!

My favorite hibachi restaurant to order take out when i just feel like staying home and having good eats food never disappoints ive neen eating here for the past 5 years and will continue

Conveniently delivers to Forest Hills! My favorites are the shrimp shumai and the dragonfly roll. We also tried the shrimp fried rice hibachi which is very good too. The vegetables with the salmon hibachi don't have much flavor but the salmon itself is good.
